Welcome to Webundance! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Webundance provides web development, design, and automation services to businesses and individuals. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Administrative automation
  • Website upgrades and maintenance
  • Technical consulting

The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work between Webundance and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring they have rights to all content provided for use in projects
  • Making payments according to the agreed payment schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in their individual contract. Webundance retains the rights to concepts and works not selected for final delivery, as well as the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in each client contract. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at predefined milestones or upon completion. Late payments may result in work suspension until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webundance is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to such claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms. Clients who terminate services are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

Webundance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
